Trump may not obey the laws of the land, but he cannot disobey the laws of physics.

I gave you a serious answer.

If he refuses to leave, he will be physically removed on the orders of the new president.

The cult is never going to turn on him, the party is never going to turn on him. He has no intention on leaving even after the ‘28 election. They’re just going to carry on with business as usual no matter what happens.

Fascists don’t leave.

But the process would actually have to work. He'd have to be convicted in a senate trial and have 2/3 majority vote for it

and he loses leverage. One misstep, taken at the right time and under the right circumstances, could see most of the GOP leadership turn on him at that moment and immediately begin denying they ever had anything to do with him at all.

My amateur inferences have me thinking the beginning of this summer will see key leadership start peeling away from his mad barking and begin circling the wagons for the mid-terms next year. Without their support, he begins to deflate, complete with the loud whistle/farting sound deflation sometimes brings.

16. If you can convince the House to impeach and 2/3 of the Senate to convict

he will leave. Unless that happens he remains in office until the next president assumes office. He could die or be removed under the 25th amendment, but don’t count on it.
