The projection is scary, but the irony is so hilarious

In a sense, I don't care.

I'm not emotionally invested in defending Clinton. I'm not in a personality cult based on who I have voted for previously. I don't make my voting record, candidate-wise, part of my personality/identity.

The whataboutism with Clinton is entirely invalid.

It's not going to work and they know this if that's all they have.

The Secret Service would have a paper trail up the wazoo if a former president tried something like this.

I expect gullible MAGA Republicans to have been deluded, but I can't excuse those on the left, even though I'm not sure if they were just as gullible or knew it was a lie and yet still attacked Democrats over this bullshit association (which would be pretty damn deplorable).

So, I'm happy to see this email. Does it exonerate him entirely? Probably not.

I felt safe and sound during the Clinton years. I think he was a smart President, savvy and in command.

I also think he likes a flirtation. It strokes his ego - and he has undeniably acted on those flirtations in the past. But none with unwilling participants - even though some may have come out later and tried to make something of it. He's not a pervert. He's just a player. That, in my opinion, is between him and Hillary.

Trump is a pervert in my view. He enjoys and gets off on young girls, and he enjoys and gets off on forcing women to do things. That, in my opinion, in a whole other category. It's illegal for a reason.

Democrats would not be making excuses for him, or at least I hope not.

Sexual Abuse is not ok for anyone, in any political party.
