It might just stick this time

All the lies. All the grifting. All the abuse of office. All the misuse of our democracy. All the times he dodged his illegal acts. All the corruptness and non accountability. Maybe now, the system will prevail.

It may very well come to an end soon. The tides are a changing. I do believe the crack in the dam is about to blow.

Years from now, this will go down as the largest con of all time. I knew it in 2016, but no one listened.

2. The moment this man mocked the disabled reporter, during his 2016 campaign should have ended his political career

and put so much pressure on him that he would have to leave the country.

His presence in politics and the support he gets from the pseudo-Christian conservatives has certainly helped us separate the sheep from the goats. We know now who the phonies are in Evangelical Christianity, and there are millions of them.

But if all he has done hasn't move the needle among his MAGA supporters, nothing will. For most of his white conservative support doesn't see molestation and rape of females, regardless of age, as anything more than boys being boys. The fact that it's against the law is a minor inconvenience for most of them. Look how many Evangelical pastors and church leaders have been caught as rapists and child abusers.

They are blind to reality and this won't do anything except increase his status as a persecuted victim of hate.

should have ended his political career. It should have but it didn't. That tells us the character or his supporters and anyone who voted for him.

No, it won’t – it’s naïve to believe otherwise.

Even if a Democratic-controlled House impeaches Trump, Senate Republicans would never vote to convict.

Trump’s not going anywhere.

attention and energy on Vance needs to ramp up. He’s clearly the heir apparent. Just as Romney was much worse than Bush, and Trump was 10x worse, American need their eyes opened to the fact that Vance will be off the charts. Framing him in that light will take time. 2028 will be here before we know it.

What's good is that he has no base comparatively speaking. For some reason, a lot of magas detested him as a vp pick. He has very limited appeal and is definitely not the spiritual heir apparent to that segment of the white nationalist movement. So we have that to work with.

Lying has worked for Trump in the past. Is this a lie too far?

some graphics in my post.

Krugman agrees.

You can't lie about grocery prices.

Yeah maybe the dam will break. But we've heard that things were about to happen for damn near a decade, in various forms. And nada.

Congress, Supreme Court, media.

All onboard for endless crimes, grifting, cruelty and social engineering.
Mostly white males who will not let go of power.

His KKKultists will never stop worshiping him, and his accomplices in Congress won't do anything to stop him.

Trump will be president for life, and hopefully he leaves office very, very soon.
