Past time for an investigation of this horrible thing that happened.

Immoral and no training. And they know there will be no consequences for their behavior.

But they seemed cranked up on top of that.

I wonder if they are being given go and no go drugs.
Uppers and downers.
Used in combat sometimes.

Wouldn't surprise me in the least. And no one is supervising or monitoring the drug use.

Or maybe they have so much cash the cocaine is flowing non stop.
