It means “red” or “ruddy complexion.

He fought with the Czarists against the Bolsheviks and in WW II he fought with the Nazis in
the Ukraine and in both wars he killed 10s of thousands of civilians. After WW II the British
found him in Germany and he was shipped back to the Soviet Union where he was executed as
a traitor. The KGB knew he would sell out the United States in heartbeat and so they gave him
him the name Krasnov.

This also ties in with Krasnov - Epstein. Epstein asked Krasnov advice about buying a mansion in Florida, Krasnov screwed Epstein and bought the mansion himself which he later sold to a Russian oligarch for a significant profit. The oligarch never occupied it, he simply bulldozed it over.
