SC is considering the most restrictive abortion law in the US. It would remove exceptions for rape, incest, and fatal fetal anomalies. And other things.

(959 posts)One of the downsides to geographic polarization is that it becomes more polarized. If everyone liberal moves out of South Carolina, then it just becomes more red and more restrictive and as Democrats, we struggle to win a Senate majority.
I recognize I'm saying this sitting in deep blue Massachusetts, so there's some hypocrisy, but we need to find a balance to the larger goals. And maybe that's focusing on Georgia, Arizona, North Carolina, but we need to expand our map for president and Senate.
