Jake Tapper calls trump's actions "through the looking glass" and "strange"

Is he taking baby steps towards questioning trump's mental ability? He just finished covering the "MedBed" story in which trump posted an AI video about a bogus "medbed" that could solve people's healthcare problems.

After Daniel Dale fact checked the video (MedBeds don't exist), he actually asked "Doesn't he know that medbeds are not real?"

After that, Jake Tapper and Daniel covered the bogus post by Abigail Jackson (deputy press secretary) in which she misinterpreted a graph that actually shows there is MUCH more R violence than D violence.

I admit to being surprised, and pleasantly so.

He will have to go much, much further to redeem himself. There was nothing wrong with Biden mentally and he blew it up into a major story for months, Now he has mountains of real evidence to work with regarding trump. He hasn't even begun to expose the real situation. And, as you say, even if he eventually does, it won't make up for the smear job on Biden.
