The Trump Organization (formerly "Supreme") Court will consider Maxwell's appeal to reverse conviction

I think what surprises me most is that when this came up as a possibility, people were actually asking "WILL they?" "WON'T they?"

OF COURSE THEY WILL. And if they reverse it, it will be a 100% guarantee that she takes anything she knows about Trump to her grave.

There was no trafficking or client list or anything per Bondi and Kash. All the girls were for Epstein. So if there was no crime, why is she in prison?

A petition for certiorari is pending. SCOTUS had NOT granted that petition and decided to hear her appeal. If and when they do that will be the time for a headline. Until then it is just clickbait.

Orange Cockwomble’s modeling agency exploited its “models” in many ways. Why not a pipeline to Jeffrey? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Anyone with an appellate judgment against them has the right to ask the supreme Court to review the case by submitting a petition for a writ of certiorari. The court then decides to grant (hear it) or deny (not hear) it.

This is the step the case is at. She had submitted her petition (as is her right), and the court is now deciding whether to hear the appeal or not (as they do with all petitions). The court grants very few petitions.

The court has not decided to hear her appeal yet.
