The delivery guy almost appears to be sneaking up toward them, and he very cautiously picks something up off the ground. They then turn and see him and the chase starts.

What was on the ground that was so important he risked getting near them?

Why did they immediately start chasing him what he is seen?

Okay, someone on X posted the full video of the guy on a bike being chased by Border Patrol in Chicago. Before they took off after him, he said â€œFuck Trump.â€ He then dropped his own phone, and when he went back to grab it, thatâ€™s why they started chasing him. x.com/wutangkids/s...

Why did the agents immediately start chasing him?
Was there some prior interaction?
The agents said "Get him" as soon as he reached for his phone, and he was prepared for a quick getaway.

Scary if they just chase people on bikes for no reason, or the biker was scared just because ICE agents will do that kind of thing.
