Trump is proof of one thing

Trump is proof of one thing...
That a person can have all the money and power in the world and still be a miserable, unhappy, discontented, paranoid, thin skinned and petty human being who can't sleep at night. He's a cautionary tale that for some individuals the world is not enough

It would be sad and tragic if he wasn't in charge of the most powerful military in the world and its nuclear arsenal. .

No Freakin’ KIDDING!!!

You’d think ANYBODY as mind-bogglingly blessed and fortunate - AND as privileged as he is - would shut up except to whisper “Thank You, Dear God” down on his knees at least a dozen times a day.

Instead, he’s made his own living Hell.

Unfortunately he has reacted to that personal smallness and weakness not by addressing those issues, which by their nature prevent their own diagnosis and treatment, but by pursuing financial and later political power... and acquired it.

Figure that even if he didn't personally participate in molesting young women (which I believe he probably did), he's been blackmailing those who did. He and Epstein's "secret" may have been a "pay us to stay quiet" scheme. Ponzi schemes implode. Blackmail can last until the last guilty party dies.

5. From Shakespeare and Dostoevsky

There are about 20 to 30 Shakespeare quotations that could apply to Trump.

Here is just one:

MENENIUS
There is no more
mercy in him than there is milk in a male tiger.
--Shakespeare, Coriolanus 5.4.28-29

This from Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky:

A man who lies to himself and listens to his own lie comes to a point where he does not discern any truth either in himself or anywhere around him, and thus falls into disrespect towards himself and others. Not respecting anyone, he ceases to love, and having no love, he gives himself up to passions and coarse pleasures, in order to occupy and amuse himself...and it all comes from lying continually to others and to himself. A man who lies to himself is often the first to take offense. It sometimes feels very good to take offense, doesn’t it? And surely he knows that no one has offended him, and that he himself has invented the offense and told lies just for the beauty of it, that he has exaggerated for the sake of effect, that he has picked on a word and made a mountain out of a pea—he knows all of that, and still he is the first to take offense, he likes feeling offended, it gives him great pleasure, and thus he reaches the point of real hostility …

It can be stressful until he turns on Fux Nooze, Newmas and even some legacy media where they make all kinds of reasons for his crimes to make him feel better.

Everything he touched turned to gold, which soon became garbage as he couldn't use gold to eat, drink, or rest.

13. The only time he seemed genuinely happy

Was during the transition after the 2024 presidential election. He'd won back the White House, actually won the popular vote, all the billionaire CEOs were kissing his butt and most of all,all his criminal and civil cases instantly disappeared so he was no longer facing end trials, possible jail or financial ruin.

For 2 months he was President-elect, could sit back and let Biden and Senate Democrats run the countr and take the credit for their strong economy. Plus he was honestly convinced the entire country loved him and that he had a mandate from voters, god, congress and the Supreme Court to do whatever he wants as president.

8 months later he's just as miserable as he was during his first term and is terrified of getting investigated and impeached again if Democrats take back the House in 2026.

I believe he loved the idea of being powerful and admired as President, but I don't think he actually likes the job and all the restrictions that come with it. It was much more fun playing a fake tycoon on television.

As I often told my children, "Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it."

Many years ago, a nurse who'd worked with us decided to swing by and see us all again and gave a dire warning to us to turn down temporary assignments in Palm Springs. One thing he said was that most of his patients had to be detoxed before their health problems could be addressed.

However, all rich men, especially those with new money, think they can solve the provlems of the country without spending a dime to do it, purely by the great wisdom conferred by money.

The law and order party is the most lawless in perhaps US history, certainly recent US history.

If Trump had been born poor, we'd never have known about him. He would have faded away into history as just another low level two-bit husker. His whole unremarkable family shows how the wealthy "earn" wealth without any skills, intelligence or ability. When you're rich, people just give you money.
