I've gotten used to getting excited only to be let down repeatedly.

So now I am very cautiously optimistic.

It'll get some news time (on some networks). MAGA supporters will say the documents are fake. The rest of us will be sickened. Susan Collins will be concerned. Not a single Republican will do a damn thing.

The more extreme measures he takes, the lower his popularity numbers drop.

What I do find interesting is the names that are cropping up. Bannon and Thiel in particular. It very much looks like that these Epstein files are the very reason why everything is going to shit because so many of the worst provocateurs are on the list. So they have been very motivated in stopping that release, which is why they opt for autocracy in case they fail.

My guess is the only reason why they continue to hold the Epstein files back is that they are worried that there may be evidence they were altered and they are going over them again and again to try to cover any evidence that the files were altered.

and the latest bit tells us that Elon Musk went to Epstein's Pedo Island. That's not a surprise, but it does explain how Epstein knew Trump was in the files and was able to make that claim so confidently (which was obvious anyhow). It's possible that there's a Daniel Ellsberg somewhere in the FBI or elsewhere in the DoJ who will send a maxed-out flash drive to the media. But in the old days the NY Times and then the Washington Post had the guts to print the Pentagon Papers. Would they be so bold now? Nixon obtained an injunction preventing further publication and a 6-3 majority of SCOTUS held the injunction was an unconstitutional prior restraint, so finally we all got to read about how four successive administrations had been withholding information about the Vietnam war to make it look like it was winnable when it wasn't.

The Epstein files (probably) don't present issues of national security, but will Trump try to litigate their suppression? If so, will this SCOTUS be more comfortable with a prior restraint that protects him?

These COURTS will NOT have ant power because of THIS supreme court could interfere. It's up to us folks. The buck stops HERE!!!

The Epstein files will have Trump‘s name stripped from it completely and so sure it might come out and talk about what happened to the girls and all this other stuff but all of the names of people that haven’t been charged of course they’re all gonna be redacted so you can know that it was terrible for these girls, but you won’t know who did it

Match the financial records to Epstein Island inbound flight logs. That is a good first effort towards reconstructing the Epstein client list. The testimony from the 1000+ survivors will help confirm that list.
