If you are attacked and kidnapped by i.c.e. thugs, yell your name

Last edited Fri Sep 26, 2025, 09:30 PM - Edit history (1)

I saw there is yet another video of a man being assaulted, then kidnapped by i.c.e. agents at the intersection of Hamilton St. and Queens Chapel Rd. in Hyattsville, MD. If they were i.c.e. The thugs were masked, had no i.d and refused to identify themselves.

If you yell your name, or even a safe word your loved ones share with you, it might be videoed, or someone might remember hearing it. It might not save you from hell, but it might help your loved ones understand why you didn't come home.

I checked the link. It is a site called Handbasket.com. I didn't get any warnings the site wasn't secure, so here is the link: https://www.thehandbasket.co/p/ice-agents-guns-arrest-hyattsville-witnesses?

Less than 2 years ago, Americans were horrified when this was happening in Chile. Now it's here.

In a URL, anything after a question mark is entirely optional and may be linked to you. That's how those "click to confirm your login" links work.

How else would that link know about you?

When I get a mailer, the same thing happens, but I clear it just in case lots of DU'ers click it and it looks like I am replying 100 times, or you end up with the wrong "rally will be held here".

Not a biggie except links set up by crooks. Reminder, never click on a link in an email or message unless you are 200% sure of the sender, and crooks fake identities. Don't ask me how. It's amazing.

If it's a bank, go to the bank's website and find what you need there, or call them at their very well known addresses.

Sorry to ramble.

Oddly enough, when I copied and pasted your URL, the odd stuff was removed. Pretty cool and unexpected.

Thanks for the tip. I'll be able to remember it as you explained it

I don't click on any links in emails. Just go to the site and log in. Surprising how many alerts aren't there. Not.

For about nine minutes Wednesday morning, ICE agents pinned a man to the ground in the middle of a Maryland intersection. It was broad daylight as he screamed in anguish and shouted for help in both Spanish and English. When bystanders gathered to bear witness, agents briefly brandished their guns and pointed at them, with one officer appearing to keep his finger on the trigger for several minutes after. According to witness Raphi Talisman, “It looked like he was trying to calm himself, but at the same time, his gun was brandished and he was ready.”

In the video, agents can be seen kneeling on the man’s back and crushing his neck. At one point the gun falls out of one of the agents’ holsters and after scrambling to grab it, he points it at the crowd of people watching and filming his brutality. His partner briefly draws his weapon and aims at the crowd, too, while the man on the ground repeatedly yells “I am American!” Talisman estimates there were about 30 witnesses gathered at the scene, with many others driving by.

Especially the license plate
If there’s no license, then take a plc of the VIN, the number on the dash visible through the windshield

To the extent we deny them anonymity, we diminish their ‘bad-assery’
