Real Time with Bill Maher continues its 23rd season Friday, September 26th (10:00-11:00 p.m. live ET/7:00-8:00 p.m. PT), with a replay at 12:05 a.m., exclusively on HBO.

This week features a one-on-one interview with Aiden Walker, content creator, internet culture researcher, and author of the Substack newsletter How To Do Things With Memes.

This week's in-studio panel discussion will include Michael Smerconish, host of Smerconish on CNN and The Michael Smerconish Program on SiriusXM; and Rep. Nancy Mace, Republican congresswoman from South Carolina’s 1st district who also sits on the Armed Services, Veterans’ Affairs, and Oversight committees.

If for no other reason than to check out AIDAN Walker (they misspelled his name). Not familiar with him so I looked up How To Do Things With Memes. At first glance he seems to be an extremly bright, interesting person. After perusing his site I'm checking it out later when I have more time.

A term he coined, Slop Capitalism...

Slop capitalism is an economic and cultural system in which the primary product is slop and the primary activity is the destruction of value rather than its creation. Platforms suck nowadays, and it’s on purpose because they get more money for breaking stuff and keeping it broken than for building stuff.
