Comey seems innocent of the charges. At least a DOJ IG thought so.

So James Comey has been indicted for testifying, in essence, that he didn't authorize Andrew McCabe to be an anonymous media source about the Hillary Clinton email investigationâ€”which McCabe disputes.

But a DOJ IG report examined all the circumstantial evidence and concluded McCabe was lying.

Really looking forward to the very real possibility of another no-bill from the grand jury.

Too bad it won't be Judge Boxwine getting the pie in her face, but Lindsey ( I'm so CUTE!!" ) Halligan is almost as good an option.

This is just to cost Mr. Comey a lawyer's fee. This administration cannot afford to have Comey's side taking depositions, much less have him testify. It was hurried before the grand jury because time was running out, with less than a week's window.
