Richard Painter on Tom Homan: "It's amazing that we could have a federal government official in a high-ranking position who took bags of cash, $50,000, promising that he could get contracts for people... the word bribery is in the Impeachment Clause of the Constitution."

The modern bribery statute, 18 USC 201, only covers some of what the Founders thought of as "Bribery" when they drafted the impeachment clause of the Constitution. I explain more here:

So we now have Homan on tape taking 50 K in cash and Trump not only raping girls but
as an active participant in Epstein & Putin’s international child sex trafficking operation.

This is not an administration but a criminal network that is being protected by the Supreme
Court, the Republican Party, lots of money from different sources such as Saudi Arabia, the
fossil fuel industries, billionaire shits like Musk and Theil, the media, and a wall of lies.

Noem has been doing it for years all the way back to her family’s farm in South Dakota,
Bondi took in 25 K from Trump not to prosecute him as A.G. In Florida for his Trump U.
scandal, and on and on. Hell, Tulsi Gabbard might very well have been on Putin’s payroll.

A mere $50,000, hardly a crime anymore.

Not with Trump raking in hundreds of millions from Qataris, or Kushner getting billions in "investments" from Saudis.

Not worth the effort it would take to wipe his sweat from the handcuffs.
