him, we still had the votes to confirm him with VP Harris breaking a tie if need be (Manchin was never going to vote for Mangi as no Rethug would, so that broke Manchin's asshole stance for support, ie at least one Rethug had to support in order for Old Coal to also support).

The centrists Cortez Masto and Rosen (who was a No Labels Problem Solver in the US House before she became a Senator) bought into the massive RW false, racist AF smears, and sunk him by openly opposing him.

Disgraceful on their part (both also voted for far too many Trump cabinet nominees).

Now we are stuck with a lifetime appointment for one of the worst federal juges ever, and the POS will serve on the vital 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, which should have been filled by Mangi last year.

In a letter to Biden, Adeel Mangi calls out the 3 Dem senators who caved to the GOP's Islamophobia: "They lack the wisdom to discern the truth, which exposes a catastrophic lack of judgment; or they used my nomination to court conservative voters, which exposes a catastrophic lack of principle."
