Trump this morning on the ongoing Epstein scandal: "I never had the privilege of going to his island."
Now if Biden had said this, the sky would have fallen. We all know that. But part of the reason for that is that the R's would not let Biden get away with calling visiting the island of a sex offender a "privilege." And the media would have loved the outrage.
Are the Dems just incapable of showing that kind of outrage? Or do they think showing too much emotion is undignified? Or do they not understand that this is the kind of thing that sways independent voters?
As it is, it seems that this offensive and revealing comment about one of the most controversial and "hot" news topics of the day is going to be allowed to sputter and die with little if any comment by "journalists" or the Dems.
