League of United Latin American Citizens civil rights complaint

Venezuelan barber Neiyerver Adrian Leon Rengel issued a complaint against the Trump administration, alleging that he was wrongfully sent to a Salvadoran prison, where he was beaten. Juan Proaño of League of United Latin American Citizens, the organization that filed the complaint on Rengel's behalf, joined "Politics Nation" to discuss.
