Maxwell's Box Canyon?

So, Ghislaine is sentenced to 20 years. How is it that since her incarceration she's had documents with names? Wouldn't all personal effects been searched by authorities previously? Or did she just take pen and paper and come up with 100 names from memory? And even if she got a pardon wouldn't she be a target wherever she flees to?

Lastly, will her appearance before Congress- which is still up in the air - yield anything other than pleading the fifth and 'coaching' for a pardon?
