Officers must be recorded on body-cam and a second camera and included in the arrestee's file. Missing footage disqualifies the arrest. Due Process is woefully lacking in many cases according to reports, and gratuitous violence is a policy goal, apparently. Care must be exercised to see that does not become the norm. Professionalism is Required, and must be enforced. This is still The United States of America.The Whole World Is Watching.
