Delta to use AI for 20% for their ticket pricing. Why? Interesting conversation on NPR.

Ari Shapiro had a Travel author on.

He asked, “So if I’ve done searches for Rolex watches, as opposed to someone who searches for the closest Family Dollar, could be charged more!”.

The Travel author said - Yes.

I didn’t hear if they got into how that could effect travel sites like Trivago or Kayak etc.

I wrote for my high school and college newspapers. I read the paper everyday for almost 30 years.
The first paragraph is Who What When Where. The rest is opinions from players or people involved.
You write to let the reader determine How (unless there’s info on that but the WHY is for the Editorials.

Today it’s a lot of opinion on third degree expropriations. That’s all X is.
