I want everything released.

Court documents are public information.

I suspect this was all a ruse anyway, the DOJ made sure the judge would deny the release and now they can claim "We tried!" and the public doesn't get to know what other child-rapists are sitting in the halls of power.

1- The request was a KRASNOV DOJ ploy.
2- Grand jury stuff is not public with narrow exceptions that the judge found not met.
3- KRASNOV will keep floundering for ploys until the abcess bursts.
4- I want - ALL - of the awful truth, not distracting ploys.
5- I want the MAGAts to reach their irrevocable turn.

KRASNOV's sleazy life is known to all of us. Mark BURNETT has tons of The Apprentice tapes, the Enquirer has tons, many biographies and tabloids, not to mention the hundreds of witnesses and participants who don't talk.
What are needed are actionable, INCONTROVERTIBLE stuff - if not able to remove him or uniquivocably expose him, at least for his oblivious zombies to turn.

...have been diligently working for years to compile as much data on all things connected to epstein and trump, to assume there are multiple dossiers out there.

We can call it "the epstein files", or we can call it a dossier, whatever. I just hope it gets into the light of day sooner rather than later.

Actually, for my opinion, I think that Judge denied this because of victims. I bet that Judge is trying to protecting in purpose so victims don’t have to worry their safety reasons from angry Trump supporters. Maybe, that is why, just saying

To release Grand Jury transcripts should require there to be a significant critical reason to do so. This clearly would never rise to that threshold.

The narrow exceptions include releasing grand-jury materials for a judicial proceeding or for use in a foreign criminal investigation.

Clearly, neither of these situations apply to the Epstein transcripts.

The DOJ isn't even pretending to have any interest in prosecuting anyone mentioned in the files, let alone a grand jury transcript.

The doj does NOT want the information released, I'm just pointing out that it could have been released had they seriously petitioned the court to release it as evidence to aid in multiple child-rape investigations of people IN those documents, and nameable by the doj from the documents that THEY already have.

There are statutory requirements for release of grand jury material. The trump motion did NOT pretend to address these requirements or meet requirements such as notifying the victims. The motion filed was so deficient that it has to be refiled

But the judges gave the Trump DOJ the chance to do better by July 29. Maxwell, an Epstein representative and the victims can weigh in, too.

https://www.msnbc.com/deadline-white-house/deadline-legal-blog/epstein-grand-jury-transcripts-maxwell-trump-motions-judges-rcna220298

Two federal judges sent a message to the Trump administration about its attempt to unseal grand jury transcripts related to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell: Try again.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche had filed unsealing motions on both the Epstein and Maxwell dockets amid the political backlash President Donald Trump has faced for his administration’s refusal to make public all Epstein-related materials as promised......

The orders sending Blanche back to the drawing board on Tuesday came from U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer, an Obama appointee who’s presiding over the Maxwell docket, and U.S. District Judge Richard Berman, a Clinton appointee who’s handling the Epstein docket. Both judges are in the Southern District of New York, where Maxwell and Epstein were charged. The orders are similarly worded; you can read the Maxwell one here and the Epstein one here.

Both orders say that the judges intend to resolve the unsealing motions “expeditiously” but that Blanche’s filings were inadequate. The judges gave the DOJ a week, until July 29, to file a more detailed memorandum making the case for unsealing.

Among other things, the judges said the DOJ has to say in the memorandum whether it reviewed the grand jury transcripts in question before making the requests and whether victims were notified.

Both judges were pissed at the crappy job done by the DOJ. Here are links to the two orders
