And should he lose a slander case through some obscure technicality that a MAGA judge pulls out of his ass (very possible), then trump gets a 'win'.

Obama would lose for the same reason Trump will lose his case against the WSJ. The burden of proof for a case of defamation against a public figure is very high.

The difference is that Obama not only knows the law, he actually cares.

They'd win, hands down.

Clinton is right. A few week sago ne said the only way to fight tRump until the midterms is file lawsuit after lawsuit. Good plan!

Malcolm Nance said we need to protest in huge numbers continuously across the US in order to keep the pressure on.

I agree with both of them.
