But for some reason the civilian authorities, i.e. the Commonwealth's Attorney for Alexandria declined to prosecute him and has still failed to explain why!
Mr. Porter, cited "ethical concerns", when he declined to explain the decision not to prosecute the rapist! He just failed to point out what those "ethical concerns" were!
If this had happened in either Fairfax or Loudon counties...Jason Miyares, the current Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia would be calling for their ousters, as he has done in the past...but with this clown we have nothing from Miyares!
