Missing from Texas Flood goes way down to 3 after

people are accounted for.

The number of people reported missing in the wake of historic July 4 flooding in Kerr County, Texas, has dropped from a peak of more than 160 to three, with many now verified as being safe, officials said.

It didn't match what I was seeing from local sources (I just moved out of Kerrville a month before the flood). It was probably about as accurate as his "we found x number of illegal voters" lists.

I was on the highway when a a fleet of police cars and suburbans went the opposite direction. They were bringing the body of a young girl down to Houston after she was found. It was heartbreaking to see, but there were people pulled over and out of their cars with respect.
