What if i.c.e thugs try to unionize?

That would turn Abe Lincoln's comment "A house divided against itself cannot stand" right on its head.

disaffiliated from the AFL-CIO, and then the FLRA revoked its certification. AFAIK, employees haven't reorganized. I don't know what you mean about Lincoln's "house divided" comment, though.

the others would turn on them. They'd be so preoccupied tearing into each other, maybe they'd leave migrants, immigrants, refugees and foreign nationals in general alone. And American citizens, for that matter.

I cling to any chance of the assaults and kidnapping stopping soon.
