The Supreme Court gave Trump immunity from prosecution as president and I’m sure he will claim that as his defense?

immunity was only for his actions now as president. If he committed any crime with a minor it was before he was elected

someone tries prosecuting him. But hopefully a few percent of people who swung to trump in Nov or didn’t vote might turn on him. That would matter.
