Donald Trump did not undergo his annual physical at Walter Reed today, July 17, 2025. He underwent his first physical of his second term on April 11, 2025, at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center
. The White House released the results of that physical on April 13, stating that Trump "remains in excellent health" and is "fully fit" to execute the duties of the presidency.
However, today, July 17, 2025, the White House announced that President Trump had undergone testing for swelling in his legs. He was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, a benign and common condition in older individuals, according to the White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. This condition occurs when the valves in the legs' veins become damaged, causing blood to pool and leading to swelling.
Leavitt also addressed bruising on the back of Trump's hand, attributing it to "minor soft tissue irritation from frequent handshaking and the use of aspirin, which is taken as part of a standard cardiovascular prevention regimen".
Trump will need a larger pair of shoes soon if this keeps up!!

But, no way in hell he will admit to wearing lifts.
It is very obvious he wears them, you can always tell by a couple things, including how the laces look tilted. Same when you see pix of Robert Downey, Jr. and other short male actors on the red carpet.
