New tactic by ICE is to get on the elevator with the migrants without saying anything, then......

The migrants go for their appointments--then wham..........

#NOW - ICE keeps detaining migrants at 26 Federal Plaza in NYC for deportations.

The tactics by ICE seemed to have change a bit from a week ago. It looks like they are trying not to announce the arrests near press, and instead get on the elevator with the migrants without saying anything. The press then is not allowed on the elevator with them.
