Ted Cruz was born in Canada, and John McCain was born in Panama, in the u.s. Canal Zone. In both cases, due to having at least one u.s. citizen as a parent, they were both considered natural-born citizens.

Both matters received a small amount of media coverage, largely handled as a matter of trivia and curiosity. Neither was given the "scandal" treatment.

Donnie launched his presidential career with the insane theory that Obama wasn't a natural-born citizen, despite being born in Hawaii when Hawaii was a proper state, no longer even just a territory. No one ever denied that his mother was a u.s. citizen from Kansas, and that based on that, he was a natural-born citizen just like Cruz and McCain.

Yet the media give Donnie a crazy amount of airtime and print space over the lie that he has sent investigators to Hawaii and uncovered "evidence" of a "problem" with Obama's birth certificate, evidence he never produced.

It was an insane theory and even after it was completely debunked, the media never called Donnie out for fabricating the whole thing. You could argue that this was more truth-washing than sane-washing but the theory was insane.


Then there was the debate with Hillary, she called him a puppet of Putin, and he said, "no puppet! No puppet! You're the puppet!" That was one of the craziest things I've ever seen a politician say. The utter stupidity of accusing Hillary of being a Russian puppet based on zero connection with Russia, solely an immature, schoolyard retort to an insult, I'm not you are.... I was amazed he said it and even more amazed that the media didn't pounce on it and said it showed him to crack under the slightest pressure, make crap up, etc.


Much later, Donnie boasted about a cognitive decline test proving he's a genius. That's right, the "person woman man camera tv" test, which merely showed he didn't have Alzheimer's or other cognitive decline (or do he claimed, we don't get credible medical disclosures about him). Yet he claimed it proved he's was a genius. That alone is pretty convincing that he's not 100% up there. Most sane people know the different once between being a genius and merely not having Alzheimer's.

Then all the talk about Biden being old, f*ck off. Biden says "um" once and they go ballistic about him missing a step when 98% of Biden at his prime is still 100 times smarter and more connected to reality than Donnie.
