States Rights

The Trump Regime is illegitimate. They are repeatedly and willfully in violation of the U.S. Constitution. They have usurped the funding and budgetary powers of the Congress. They are in open defiance of the Judicial Branch. They are in violation of the Amendments that provide Due Process and against Illegal Searches and Seizures. They no longer abide by the Constitution so their Authority is Null and Void. Since their Federal Government is legally defunct, the powers, rights, and responsibilities of government to protect the lives and rights of citizens should naturally devolve to the States. All Democratically controlled States should prepare charges against all Trump Regime agents that violate State Laws.

Send us a bill for the debt, work out a payment schedule and bu-bye. Texas and other red states threatened to do it, call their bluff.

To balkanize the US into nation states.
Breaking up the US.
It is Putin's goal, like what happened in the USSR when it fell apart.

But yes it may well come to various US states fighting the federal government.
