Yes the Courts are pushing back, but

Has anybody, including children born here, that is citizens, been returned?
Have any of the organization Trump has decimated been brought back. Have any of his "anti-DEI" bullshit been reversed, including the senior people fired?
In plain fact, Trump has not undone most of the horrible things he has done, and has no intention to. He knows there is no one who will take him to task.
Until he leaves office, one way or another, he will not change what he is doing.

Paper piles of court orders will get them, us and most especially the aggrieved nowhere. I do think any court action, these orders, followed by individual or class action lawsuits from the injured will have the benefit of so tying up DOJ resources that it may hamper future bad actions as there is just no one to make them happen. Bad part of that is there are some plenty of non political bad actors like drug smugglers, hackers and others that the DOJ can also not go after so it is lose lose for us average Americans.

Much of illegal part was doing it ahead of congress, but once the republicans in congress show their usual lack of spine, most of it will become legal.

The deportations and exiling and arrests and lack of due process will probably still be illegal, but I the media will have normalized it bu next year and Donnie will move on to even more outrageous crimes.
