I didn't realize we had a big protest in my town...

Between 250 and 300 demonstrators gathered at the Five Corners in Vails Gate on Saturday afternoon, joining a second day of nationwide protests against recent actions by the Trump administration.

The local demonstration, held from 1 to 2 p.m. at the intersection of Route 94 and Route 32, was organized as part of the “Stop The Coup 2025” initiative, a campaign of GenDemocracy. The organization aims to raise public awareness about Project 2025 and its potential impacts on U.S. government institutions and civil society.
