Judge Paula Xinis, who is presiding over the Abrego Garcia unlawful deportation case, found the following: "Defendants (the Trump administration) - and their counsel (the DOJ lawyers) - well know that the falsehood lies . . . in their continued mischaracterization of the Supreme Court's Order. . . . Defendants' objection reflects a willful and bad faith refusal to comply with discovery obligations."

Its hard to imagine Abrego Garcias lawyers agreeing to this unless the government was making meaningful concessions.
