I was wrong about Donald Trump.

On Election Night in 2016, I was surprised and disappointed, but I thought "maybe it won't be so bad; we've survived Republicans before." Yes, I was that naive, but it didn't take long for me to realize how wrong I was. Believe me, I never made that mistake again. It turned out to be far beyond my worst expectations. In my wildest nightmares, I could not have predicted how awful it ended up being.

And here we are again and it's even worse! But this time I knew better. There is absolutely no low that creature won't sink to.
