He said there were different thoughts in different communities on what sexual consent is.
No, seriously, he said this.
Anyway, the creep has backtracked on it and is re-instating sexual consent in the Indiana Sex Education Bill after getting huge backlash. His reversal happened within 24 hours because people everywhere are pushing back on these ignorant, repulsive Republican men.
