A federal judge in Colorado has blocked potential removals under the Alien Enemies Act (Yesterday)

It seems, we're slowly accumulating a series of rulings which will potentially lead
to the (seemingly) inevitable Constitutional Crisis

I can't wait to see what the administration does with this. If they don't comply the judge can hold the administration in contempt and potentially jail members of the administration until they comply.

When SCOTUS gave Trump immunity
For “presidential acts”
Trump took that as TOTAL immunity.
he never understood it.
I could tell by him at his rally’s.
He thinks it’s a get outta jail free card.
