McDonnell will be the same as he was through Obama’s second term.
I wouldn’t doubt he would announce as soon as the issue came up that there would be no Supreme Court appointments.
Use some bullshit like “until we have a fair election.”

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
