Hue was dealt a raw deal and has said that they had a 4 year plan that included losing enoug to get the #1 overall pick twice. They cut a ton of experienced players during his first training camp -- they likely had a plan to roll over a lot of unused cap space as part of that plan.

Philadelphia had 'the process' -- the Cubs tanked for years as did the Houston L'Astros. Bu tin the NFL, you aren't supposed to be so blatant.

The players try to win. A GM can lead to a lot of losses by gutting a roster and giving coaches a bunch of crap players tp play with (which is what happened in Cleveland to Hue Jackson's teams -- they were devoid of talent).

If they actually put down in writing that there goal was to get a top 3 pick two years in a row -- there should be some repercussions.
