Many of them are store brands and even name brands. For things like dried beans, try ordering from Rancho Gordo in Napa.

There are a few things where it might be more difficult to find an equivalent, like Goya's seasonings (Sazon, Adobo). But there are many working on home-made alternatives for these seasonings.
