I just had my passenger window fixed last week. It had been stuck, half-open, since June and now that the weather is getting colder, it needed to be fixed before it started to snow!! It ended up costing me over $400!!! I wanted to cry when he told me how much it would be...and that was with a USED window. Now, the driver's window is acting up, so instead of trying to force it when it finally gets stuck, I'm going to try to do exactly what you did and save myself a ton of money!
