5. In my personal list of greatest movies,

Blazing Saddles ranks right up toward the top. Very few if any other comedies do. But I love Mel Brooks, so High Anxiety is high too. The first time I ever saw it in a theatre, I was one of the few people laughing hysterically all the way through, so I know the other people weren't Hitchcock fans or they'd have understood the humor. Maybe.

Most of my favorite movies are dramas and documentaries with a decidedly liberal political bent.
