Have you ever watched the older woman on PBS who has the yoga program around 6:30 AM? She's an inspiration because she's not a young person and she doesn't get into all the headstands, etc. (Is her name Priscilla?) I work three days a week so that's way too early and I don't have time in the mornings, but I've thought about buying her DVD's if PBS has them. I think I could manage 15 minutes a day.
I live near a beautiful metropark and have walked 4 miles almost every day for 25 years. Before that I was a jogger for 10 years. I bike in the good weather but not as much as I used to. I've been active all my adult life because I'm not someone who can sit still for long
Every time I do more research on mattresses I get more unsure of what to buy. I have to wonder why more mattresses aren't made so you can flip them. Is it by design so people have to buy one every 7 years?
Now I'm going to tell you my very dirty little secret. Please don't judge! Back when I bought this bed and mattress set in 2011 I was going from a furnished apartment to an unfurnished apartment and I needed a bed quick so I had no time to research. I was also at a very vulnerable time in my life and I didn't even care what I bought as long as I had a bed. I bought a trump home mattress/boxspring set. EGADS! I had no idea. When it started going south a year or two ago I went online to read reviews of it and they were awful! Anyway, I have this idea of when I do get my new mattress I'm going to put this one out at the curb with a huge black X on it (because it says trump all over it) and a note to the garbage pickup men to "please take this to the dump and along the way stop at the White House to pick up the orange idiot and take him with you to the dump". Ha. Ha.
