My friend baffles me.

On one hand, she's been a teacher at a community college for decades as an ESL teacher. Loves her job, loves her students.

On the other hand, she's MAGA. Doesn't she realize that Trump would have ICE detain and arrest her class? They're all immigrants, and I don't mean from Europe.

Continue to be friends with her? No snark intended. I've cut them all out of my life. They are an existential threat to my Black, & Afro Latino/a, European, and Indigenous nieces, nephews, and greats. Don't even get me started on my Jewish heritage family members on my mom's dad's side.
